The White Sand's: The only Gourmet Restaurant On The Beach in Santa Fe. (Closed)
Lonely Planet calls it "..a dining exerience straight out of the imagination..."

Renowned restaurateur Robert Franco offers a true gourmet experience featuring fine dining right on the beach, in a romantic shoreline restaurant and regarded as some of the best food on the Island.
Robert's a very gracious host, and the ambiance here is second to none - the menu features such delicasies as Scallops in brandy & cream sauce, US Angus Beef, Seafood Lasagna, Thai Inspired Grouper, French Crepes & Wafers, Sinigang & Tinola and much more - put The White Sands at the top of your list for comfortable, casual dining when you come to Bantayan Island.

BBQ/Canderias; many around town
Khel's BBQ: BBQ is all over Santa Fe, and Khel's has probably been around the longest with the most central location at the main intersection on Batobalonas St. and is certainly the most popular.

Lechon Manok & Baboy: Very good 'tender breast' BBQ chicken with hanging rice of course, Pork BBQ on a stick - and a slew of other grilled delicasies including Choriso and other Filipino favorites including Native (tough) Chicken. Arrive early enough in the evenings (usually by 8pm) for the best selection.
Arjaymay's Canderia: Excellent food, especially seafood dishes at excellent prices.

Newly opened in 2009 and Located right next to Arjaymay's General Store in mid town Santa Fe, Arjaymay's has quickly earned a loyal reputation amongst travelers as a popular street side eatery, especially since you can select your catch of the day from their fish, crab, lobsters etc. tanks and the Staff will cook it up fresh for you, any style you like (fresh scrambled eggs with onion/bell peppers & toast in the mornings available for less then P50 (thanks to Frank Evers from Holland (RIP my friend) & Van 'Zentraveler' Scott for turning us onto this place in January 2010)
