Villa Rates:
PEAK SEASON: October 1 to May 31
WiFi inside the villa, aircon with hot and cold shower, cable tv, refrigerator, with kitchen and complete set of kitchen utensils and cooking is allowed.
*Php 3,000 for 2 people; Php4,500 for 4; & Php6,000.00 for 6 people; in excess of 6 - Php500/per person up to 4 only; all with free breakfast, and free pick up and drop off at the port of Santa Fe.
OFF PEAK SEASON: June 1 to September 30
15% discount from the regular rates for an overnight stay and an additional 15% discount for guests staying more than one night.
The Villa below includes a complete kitchen w/utensils for cooking, WiFi inside the villa, aircon hot and cold shower, cable tv, refrigerator, and complementary breakfast is included, as well as complimentary transport to & from Santa Fe's Port.

The Bungalows: Two modern bungalows w/double bed, connected to each other by a common wall located a few meters away from the sea are also available for rent. Both rooms have their own entrance, and amenities include a bathroom and toilet with hot and cold shower, air-conditioned, cable TV and refrigerator, with WiFi routers located outside the rooms - All with free breakfast included, as well as free pick up/drop off at Santa Fe's Port.

Cancellation 7 days before arrival without any valid reason will be charged 30% surcharge based on the deposit.
Cancellation 3 days up to arrival day without any valid reason will be charged 50% surcharge based on deposit.
All refunds shall be charged P 500.00 Management Fee.
